Building & Construction Department Building Design – Our team of engineers provide holistic skills and an interdisciplinary capability. Drawing on our wide range of expertise, we design buildings by optimizing form and functions in the built and natural environment. We customize design to our clients’ needs and the individual building performance criteria. We provide consulting for lifecycle performance from concept to construction, through operation, adaptation, retrofitting to final decommissioning and recycling. We serve several markets in projects from modest to massive scale, and provide clients in both private and public sector with our services. Infrastructure & Environment Department Infrastructure Design – Hjellnes Consult has wide project experience where in-house teams come together to deliver Infrastructure design solutions that are cost-effective, efficient, and delivered in an environment in which risks are managed. We work with a range of clients, and provide skills and services within areas such as; Highway Engineering, Urban and regional planning, Water supply, Waste treatment, Environmental Engineering, Bridges and Heavy structures. Although we give priority to in-house interdisciplinary projects, we have on several occasions also joined alliances with other disciplines in other companies. We do not bind ourselves to go along with internal stakeholders at all costs in every project. We search those alliances that have the greatest potential in every given project.
